About me

I am a dedicated PT and functional fitness / CF coach in the Bedworth area.

My expertise include devising training sessions that are tailored to your needs and goals, that are fun and varied; providing training programs that are progressive and ever challenging; motivating you to push yourself to achieve things you never thought you could, pushing you out of your comfort zone to keep progressing in your fitness and as an athlete; advising you on nutrition and fuelling your body for optimal performance.

I have experience in coaching clients of all experience and strength levels and I am patient with beginners if you are willing to work.

We will usually train with a variety of modalities and I can teach you to lift and move with correct technique, in accordance with a carefully devised program.

I am happy to coach you for any fitness challenges you have coming up and will always encourage you to sign up to something new.

My own personal achievements include success in many individual and pairs CrossFit competitions, half marathon races, 2nd place in open women's Hyrox 2022, completing obstacle course races...
